Featuring the Dutch Biotech in the Spotlight Corner

After the success of BIO-Europe in Munich, the Health~Holland Pavilion will travel to BIO-Europe Spring in Stockholm from 4  to 6 April. At the Pavilion, the Netherlands will be represented as an attractive country for establishing a biotech company, as an innovative business partner, and a successful location for R&D. In addition, the Pavilion will serve as the living room of all Dutch delegates at BIO-Europe Spring. We would like to invite all Dutch visitors and their business partners to meet us at our booth # 60.

As a first-time activity, the Pavilion will feature the ‘Dutch Biotech in the Spotlight Corner’. Using the Spotlight Corner, Dutch companies can present themselves and their unique offerings to the conference’s public. This special Spotlight Corner is powered by Pivot Park Screening Centre and 3D-PharmXchange and gives Dutch organisations a free spot on the exhibition floor. Do you want to be in the spotlight? Pitch your most successful regional initiative!

The annual Health~Holland Regional Meeting will be organised on 19 April in Utrecht. Regional organisations, industry associations and Top Sector LSH will come together and join forces to realise a further elaboration of our national and international ambitions. During this second edition we want to strengthen the collaboration between the regions and the Top Sector LSH.

The meeting will start with a short update of the latest Top Sector activities followed by a plenary discussion. To obtain a clear view on regional best practices, we will subsequently invite the regional organisations present to pitch their success stories. In cooperation with Top Sector Life Sciences and Health, the health foundations acquired almost 15 million euros in TKI allowance funding for new public-private partnerships in 2015. With this amount many new innovative R&D projects can be financed.
